We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for all our leather products. Our goal is to ensure your order is delivered safely, securely, and in excellent condition. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this shipping policy.
- Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link.
During busy seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer.
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination, local postal services, and customs clearance.
Standard international deliveries generally arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, flight availability, customs inspection, or unforeseen global events.

- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
In some cases, we may offer free international shipping on qualifying orders that meet our minimum purchase threshold.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they reach the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

- Tracking Your Order
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
You can monitor your package’s progress until it reaches your local courier for final delivery.
- Delivery Conditions
All deliveries require accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to a delivery failure, the customer is responsible for additional re-shipping costs.
Once the order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, we are not liable for loss or theft.
- Lost or Delayed Packages
In rare cases where an order is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email.
We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
- Packaging and Protection
All leather items are carefully packed using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
We may use eco-friendly or recycled packaging materials without compromising product safety.
In the event that your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or document the issue with photos and contact us immediately.
- Multiple Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or warehouse location.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number for monitoring purposes.
- Delivery Attempts
Most carriers make two to three delivery attempts before returning the parcel to the sender.
If a package is returned due to missed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or customs closures.
- Order Changes or Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can only be made before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
